This onboarding process will help you get set up with Agora.
It is divided into two parts:
1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM. Please be ready to provide your businesses' EIN number if you plan to use Agora for SMS text marketing.
2. Tech Connect call: This call will guide you through the technical setup of Agora to ensure that you have everything connected properly to your account.
